Upcoming Webinar: Human Rights in Complex Emergencies (12 June 2018)

The webinar - organized in partnership with the Connecting Business initiative (CBi), Office of the United Nations High Commissioner for Human Rights (OHCHR), International Committee of the Red Cross (ICRC), the Geneva Centre for the Democratic Control of Armed Forces (DCAF) - aims to provide an overview of human rights related issues and concerns that the private sector should be aware of when operating in complex emergencies and addressing natural and manmade hazards. By highlighting tools, guidance and good practice examples, the webinar will also increase participants’ understanding of how the private sector can and should respect human rights in complex emergencies.
